Regional Forecast Discussion:
"Rain, rain, go away. Come again some other day." Unfortunately this is not going to be the case for the majority of the state this week as we will see clouds with damp and dreary conditions for a good portion of the work week. Being December, one would think to expect snow but temperatures will be slightly warmer this week compared to the chilly weather we experienced last week. Precipitation will begin to advance into the western portion of the state late overnight mostly in the form of rain throughout tomorrow except for the highest elevations and some parts of the northernmost portion of the state may see some snow or a mix. As this rain begins to moves out tomorrow a chance for scattered showers will remain into early Wednesday before a chance to briefly clear out before more precipitation moves back into the Commonwealth Thursday.
